Compilation of infrastructural research on El Ejido, a peninsula in southern Spain virtually covered with agricultural greenhouses. The area exists at a diversity of scales, from its geographical location in the sun belt, to its proximity to northern Africa, to its role in the global food supply chain. El Ejido’s existence is made possible by interrelated infrastructures: (geo)physical, temporal, political, and economic.
